Customer Service Desk
	The Customer Service Desks at Grafenwoehr and Vilseck are staffed with courteous and efficient personnel who are trained to help you identify your needs and advise you on how the DPW can assist in accomplishing your request. Our staff recognizes the different needs of our customers and will refer you to the correct office within the DPW organization, or in some cases, to other responsible Directorate.
	Contact us:   Vilseck Grafenwoehr Building 140 DSN 476-2705 Building 329 DSN 475-6324 Hours of operations are Monday - Friday: 07:30-12:00 and 12:45-16:00 After 1600 hours, the Grafenwoehr Fire Control Desk (475-8303), manned 24 hours per day, will accept your call and ensure that your emergency request is promptly acted upon.
Work Order Management and how to submit DD Form 4283 documents
	The Work Order Management Section accepts and programs Work Requests (DD Form 4283) which require complex technical planning. This Section tracks all Work Requests which have been submitted to the DPW. The Work Order Management Sections at Grafenwoehr (475-7703) and at Vilseck (476-2870) prioritize and schedule the DPW shops and coordinate work details with the customers. Work Requests can be submitted to this organization either by a visit at Buildings 140 (Vilseck) or 329 (Grafenwoehr) or sending your completed Work Requests (DD Form 4283) electronically to servicec@graf.eur.army.mil (VILSECK Rose Barracks) or Services.MainPost@eur.army.mil (GRAFENWOEHR Main Post)
Technical Expert Services - Planning Inhouse Work
	DPW has a staff of skilled technicians who possess in-depth knowledge in the fields of Plumbing, Electricity, Road Construction, Masonry, Carpentry and many others. These technicians also plan and order materials for Inhouse Work. Feel free to contact these experts at (Vilseck) 476-2205 and 475-7700. They also will visit you at your facilities and plan with you all technical issues.
Supplies for DPW Facilities - purchasing and issuing construction materials
	All construction materials used by DPW shops are purchased by the Warehouses at Grafenwoehr (475-7119) and Vilseck (476-4040). The Warehouses stock many construction items and can issue these immediately to our shops and customers.
DPW Cost Accounting - your address for DPW cost and invoices
	The Cost Accounting Technicians at Grafenwoehr (475-6369) and Vilseck (476-2209) are skilled to answer all questions on cost of DPW work and facilities maintenance. The Accounting Technicians also will explain your charges stated on reimbursement documents or invoices.
