MOBILIZATION & DEPLOYMENT READINESS PROGRAM

Our Mobilization and Deployment Program team strives to provide the highest quality Family assistance and support services to all eligible military Families, emergency-essential Civilians and DoD Contractors in support of military operations in an effort to enhance unit cohesion and increase Soldier and Family readiness.

We provide guidance, resources and training for Family Readiness Group (FRG) members and Rear Detachment Commanders. Our team supports deploying units throughout the deployment cycle by providing information and material to Soldiers and Families. Your Mobilization and Deployment Program team supports Military Child Education Programs and offers a variety of children literature that help parents discuss life in the military and deployment cycles.

PRE-DEPLOYMENT SERVICES
• Provide Operation READY training.
• Coping with Separation.
• Children and Separation.
• Financial Planning for Deployment.

DEPLOYMENT SERVICES
• Assist Units with developing/reviewing Family Readiness plans.
• Identify/contact high risk Families to provide information on available military
and community resources.

REDEPLOYMENT & REUNION SERVICES
• Provide Reunion/Reintegration training.
• Educate FRGs and Families on Reunion process.
• Identify and refer Families requiring special assistance.
