The Army MWR Lodging Success Program services are available to all:
- Military and civilian travelers on official orders to Army Installation
- Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Federal Government, DOD Activities on temporary duty to Lodging Success Program areas
- Soldiers and families on Permanent Change of Station official orders
- Soldiers and families requesting lodging at Army Installations on a Space-available Basis
- Military retirees and their families
- National Guard and Army Reserve Members and their families
