(S3) Operations
The Operations Division is responsible for the planning and operations orders of all major events and ceremonies for the installation to include coordinating the Garrison Emergency Response Plan. Operations are also responsible for executing the Conventional Forces of Europe Treaty for the installation and are the POC for all interagency agreements.The Operations Division is the single point of contact for tenant units and organizations requesting support from the Garrison.
