The Real Estate Office Grafenwöhr is a Sub-Office of the Real Estate Field Office Nürnberg and the centralized Real Estate Authority of the US Army, Europe [Installation Management Command, Europe Region (IMCOM-Euro)], responsible for all real estate installations within the Eastern Bavaria and Berlin.

Since the US Forces do not act as owner of these properties, the acquisition and administration of real estate is exclusively executed by authorities of the Federation. The Institute for Federal Real Estate acts as contact and contracting partner.

As contractual partner of the Federation, we presently administer approximately 1,250 dwelling units (DU) – with extension up tp approximately 2,550 DUs until spring 2009 -, the Grafenwöhr/ Vilseck and Hohenfels Training Areas, as well as all other US installations in the Eastern Bavaria and the Berlin cantonment area.
