New employee orientation effectively integrates the new employee into the organization and assists with retention, motivation, job satisfaction, and quickly enabling each individual to become contributing members of the work team.
The following Orientation for New Employees (ONE) is required for all USAG Grafenwoehr civilian employees and a certificate of completion needs to be received by the DHR within 30 days of EOD.
